VPBank System Upgrade Notification: First Week of July 2025

I. Upgrade Schedule:

 

  • Session 1 (45 minutes): From 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM on Friday, July 4, 2025

  • Session 2 (120 minutes): From 6:15 PM to 8:15 PM on Saturday, July 5, 2025

  • Session 3 (60 minutes): From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM on Monday, July 7, 2025

Additionally, due to the upgrade, all VPBank branches and transaction offices nationwide will be temporarily closed from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 5, 2025. All branches and transaction offices will resume normal operations on the morning of Monday, July 7, 2025.

During the system upgrade, all credit cards issued by VPBank will function normally.

II. Temporarily Interrupted Products and Services During the Upgrade:

 

  1. Digital Banking Services:

    • Access to VPBank NEO and VPBank NEOBiz/NEOBiz Plus digital banking accounts via website, mobile website, and app versions.

    • Inbound and outbound transactions for accounts/Debit Cards.

    • Scheduled automatic payments via cards, and bill payments (across all digital banking versions/platforms).

  2. Debit Cards: (including physical and virtual cards): Payment transactions using Debit Cards via POS/ECOM.

  3. Other Payment Transactions: Bill payments, collection/payment services via partners (domestic, remittances), public services/Tax/Customs, 24/7 money transfers to and from VPBank accounts, etc.

  4. E-wallet Linkage Services: True Money, Smartnet, VinID, ShopeePay, ZaloPay, EcPay, MOMO, VNPT, MPay, FinViet, Vietlot, etc.

  5. Supply Chain Finance Services.

  6. "New Service Registration" Transactions (Specific Interruption): Loan applications (unsecured, secured), appraisals, new account opening/activation, online identification (eKYC), new VAN opening/updates, new savings deposit opening, new card issuance, etc., will be interrupted from 9:00 PM on July 4, 2025, to 4:30 PM on July 6, 2025.

The upgrade schedule has been carefully considered to minimize disruption to customer transactions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during the aforementioned upgrade periods.
